What Do You Really Believe IN????

Has anyone been following the Mars project???  I thought I would spend some time on this subject because it may begin to question many peoples belief about God and the Universe.  My question is this… What if they find the existence of life on Mars???  What then?  What are we going to do as far as what we know to be true.

For years, I was brought up to believe that we were the only civilized species in the Galaxy. But my thinking has evolved because I cannot believe in a Universe that just is inhabited with us human beings. I believe there are others in the Universe.  I also believe we have been visited by beings from another world.

This exploration to Mars may find what many are not prepared to accept.  What then about the God we were taught to fear?  What then about Heaven and Hell?  What then about all these religions people have been fighting for and against???  Anybody want to go to Mars and beyond to start saving souls????  LOL!  I mean seriously! Would this shake some stuff up on our planet or what?

And the most interesting question I would pose for some dialogue here is what would your reaction be if there was proof of other beings to the point that we started to communicate with them?  What would be your Top 5 questions to any aliens that are out there?

Mine would be these:

1. Where do you come from and how many more Planets do you know of for sure have life existing on them?

2. What do you know about the evolution of the Universe? Start to present?

3. Who is your God? Who do you know as your creator?

4. Why has it taken you so long to visit us here?

5. What is your purpose here on Earth?

6. Any sexy females among your kind???   LOL…..  just joking…..

I personally believe they may not want to visit us because of our shallow thinking.  We may be the primitive beings in the Universe running around and killing each other. They may not understand us, or how we treat each other.

But really, lets think about this. What if you woke up one morning and on Good Morning America, CNN, Fox News and all the global networks, they were carrying the first Alien interview???  How much would your life, beliefs and everthing else change?

I have come to this one conclusion. There are many things about God and the Universe that I do not know about.

If you watch TV…..  They are already prepping us for the above event. From Star Wars, Star Trek, Oddessy, all these futeristic shows in my opinion are preparing us for the visit of this century. And you heard it hear first, I believe it will happen in the next 10 years! Everything, technology, health, our minds, the internet, space,…..  everything is speeding up and communication is wildly moving faster and faster………  It’s only a matter of time before ET will be landing and not just phoning………

You had better get ready, cause everything you believe in will be challenged soon on a higher level. Can I get some feedback….. or are we too scared to deal with the posibilities……..????    Thanx

Going to See Dr. DENT????!!!!

Ok…….

I’m about to make a trip to the dentist, so I figured I better get everything out of me right now because I am not sure how things are going to go down.

I have been in agonizing pain for the last week and it’s time to deal with the issue. This freakin’ tooth has been a show stopper in my production and ability to focus.  I was not going to write about it, (didn’t want to give the situation much power) But I said, hell, today is the last day I should have to deal with this right???

I have  a high tolerance for pain, but this trip is not something I am excited to be going on.  But hey, I’m a soldier and will get through it.  The good news is I will be able to get back to work and continue doing what I do best………

A Must Watch Video…. Life Changing!!

For those of you still getting to know me, you probably have figured out by now that I blog on whatever moves me.  If it catches my attention and I believe it has some value, then I am on it.

The other day I was on YouTube and ran across a video by Jill Bolte Taylor……   I have not been the same since watching the video.  It’s 20 minutes long, but I believe it has a profound message and ties into what I have been preaching for the last few years about us being the same race……….  The Human Race!  How acting separate from one another or better than each other is so immature.

The other great part of this video talks about how we can choose our life to be.  I won’t spoil it for you.  I welcome comments and will be back soon with more discussion on this topic.

Why do people think twice before hiring me?

My crime: convicted of concealing my hair
A felony: refusing to expose, disclose & be bare
Labeled cloaked terrorists; Blacklisted fundamentalists
An impediment to society’s modern development

Rhetorically, the world speaks of democracy
In reality, extreme deception n hypocrisy
Why don’t u stay away; let us live; let us be?
We ain’t imposing; encroaching on your territory
We only striving; implementing the Lord’s decree
Trying to be the best Muslims we can possibly be

Why you denying us our God-given rights?
A safe place; free from prejudice and dislike
Why you blaming; judging us by what we wear?
They are only pieces of cloth; won’t bite; won’t flare

Why are we being persecuted, treated as inferiors?
Did you take the time to get to know our interior?
Ruminate; cogitate; let your logic dominate

Religion and Politics! Do You Really Care???

Ohhhhh,

The political scene is heating up…………   The upcoming weeks will be interesting to watch. I have some questions for some of you out there???  Should Church and State be separate?  And what does that really mean?

I’ve been following this Presidential race more closely than ever. Not because of the election, but because this may be the year that we see a change in the way politics are done in Washington. Again, you can only speculate because you never can know what a person may do after taking office, but this election season has brought out young and old in great numbers. Voting this year has been fueled with new ideas and concepts which may tip the country into moving in a different direction.

But back to the original question……….   Should Church and State be separate? Is it important to you that we have a person that attends church in the White House? And if so, then how can you say it is two separate things? It appears to me that every President that has taken the oath has been of the Christian Faith! So where is the separation? Would you vote to put someone in the White House who is of the Islamic Faith?  What about a Hindu American, Buddhist, Atheist……..???  Does it really matter…..?

Does the religious belief of an individual go for or against him or her in the highest office in this country?  I ask this because I am getting mixed signals from people I talk to. I believe people should be elected to office based on character and their views on the issues.  Religion should not be a factor.  If you are a Buddhist with the best ideas to take this country in the right direction, then so be it.  But have we voted and trusted in people because they go to church?  What on earth does that have to do with anything?

Yes……  I have my own opinion…..  and I am going to share them with you soon.  But I want to open this up for some discussion.  What are your personal views?  Can you put someone in the White House that worships differently from you?  I may not get any responses because people are scared to answer, scared to speak up….  But if you have an opinion, share it with us please.

Race, Culture, Religion, Gender….. The Great Seperator!

Last night we had a great show dealing with family Ancestry! The talk show was jammed packed as always with listeners as we discussed in great detail about the roots of our families….As the show went on, I was really taken back to the complete understanding of how we are all connected. Color, culture, language, looks, none of it matters and never mattered.     

All the problems we have right now on this planet as it deals with race is a spiritual problem.  To think that today with the advancement of Technology, Science and the many new innovations our planet has discovered and invented………  The one thing that has been slow to develop is in how we relate with each other! This is a shame. 

Is it so hard to comprehend that we are all one race?  Is it hard to comprehend the fact that we have a connection and a responsibility to each other?  Can we see that what we do to one another we do to ourselves. I have been writing on this for a while now……  but I am reaching out, trying to find new words and understanding that will allow people to get it. 

To be as One does not mean to be the same…..  That is misconstrued in many ways.  It’s OK to be different, to look different, to smell different and to eat and worship differently!  The problem only comes to play when we begin to make comparisons, when we operate out of lack, out of misunderstanding that the world lacks nothing but more love to spread around!

The Internet Talk show that aired last night was to demonstrate the relationship and connection to all human beings. The color you may be today, easily could have been a different color in your families past and your future great grand children may change the color line again……….  BUT REALLY, DOES IT EVEN MATTER?

Is color, race, gender, culture, religious preference and any other methods we use to seperate ourselves important in the big sceme of things?????  You say you believe in a higher power.  When we die and leave this earth, is any of the above important?  So, why do we find the need to always be right?  Is it to be superior to everyone else?  Where is the logic in that?  Why will we die for our religion?  Why must people die in wars to show one country is right about a thing………???????

I can write on this all day…..  But I will stop!  My hope is that this message will get out to you and you will spread it. It’s time to make a shift in our thinking, our understanding and in the way we view and see one another.  It’s time for the seperation to stop and to move towards enlightenment.

I’ll be happy to take that Toilet seat…….

I woke up this morning with the guy who had to sit in the bathroom on a flight not to long ago.  Where did this come from I have no idea.  I had a great night sleep and I awake with this story in my mind.  So, what do I do……  I blog about it.

The story is still a little foggy in my mind……  But to me it’s kinda funny.  I mean think about it.  This guy had the best seat in the house.  Hey, those toilets don’t have seat belts do they?  OK, so that’s the 1st perk.  Shall I continue????

He had better leg room than anyone else on the plane.  His own Private quarters!  Hell, he could do all sort of things in the bathroom.  Can you see this guy Opening up his laptop and enjoying his favorite movie while being served a beverage of choice by the flight attendant?  C’mon, think about it.  Don’t we all do some reading while sitting on the toilet???? 

Another additional perk this guy had was in Not having to wait in line to use the bathroom and could have teased the other 200 people on the plane who had to share one bathroom for three hours. LOL  Can you imagine that one?  That would have been priceless on video……….

What on earth were those flight attendants thinking. In 2008, you should have known this was a dumb move. And people are wondering why this guy is screaming lawsuit.  The funny thing is he will probably win.  Two million dollars for a three hour ride in the bathroom of a plane.  I would do that in a heartbeat.

The guy was probably quite comfortable…..  It may have got to him after he used the bathroom and had to remain there for the rest of his flight! LOL

Anyway, back to the topic!

I was thinking today how much we as humans really compete with ourselves and others.  We are never satisfied.  It’s like when we get something, we immediately want more of it and get scared because of the feeling that we may lose it.  It’s really quite fascinating when you think about it.

When we get into a relationship often competing for someones love and we attain it, we go into another competition to make sure we don’t lose it!  And then if that’s not enough, we start competing with the one we are with, pushing them and expecting so much from them…  And we wonder why relationships fail.

Why are we so competitive?  What are we really trying to prove?  Or is it that we act this way because of fear? Fear of what we may lose.

We even compete about God!  We fight all day and compete with everyone else that we have the clear path to God and know him better than anyone else……  Again, why do we compete?

I believe this happens because of the separation we feel from each other and life!  If we felt truly connected to the Universe and understood we are all connected, then there would be no reason to compete.  We could simply exist knowing we have everything we need.  Imagine a world like that.

Imagine a world where we have no fear of losing anything because we have everything…..  HMMMMM!!

If we truly took some time and thought about somethings, we would understand that God put us here with everything we need.  There is no lack, or lack of anything!  When we start to adopt this thinking and understanding, we will begin to solve the worlds biggest issues.

Hey, I’m no perfect person….  I am just the messenger.  I believe in the above but I sometimes wrestle with living it every second of my life……..   So please do not judge me.  It is just my opinion that we are all connected and there is no such thing as lack……..  

Someone once asked me……..  “ACE, where does the feeling of seperation begin?”  Well the answer is simple. It begins when we are born and are imediately seperated from our mother.  Imagine, a baby is born and as soon as this newborn enters this world, the child is snatched, poked, scanned, searched and interogated from the start….. 

Now, I’m not knocking the medical field.  I’m simply pointing out the process of how things work in society.
